The deadline to renew your registration/certification was 1 March 2017.
Dentists and CDAs who have not renewed by 1 March are not permitted to practise until they have reinstated. As the deadline has passed, you are now required to pay an additional reinstatement fee.
Reinstatement completed by 1 May 2017 (within 60 days form the renewal deadline) can be done online by logging into your account, completeing the online form, paying your annual renewal fee as well as the reinstatement fee. The annual renewal and other relevant fees can be found in
Schedule F of the CDSBC Bylaws >>
To reinstate after your registration has lapsed for more than 60 days requires completion of a separate reinstatement application process and an increased reinstatement fee. Find out more >>
Your annual renewal is not complete until you have submitted your renewal information and the renewal and reinstatement fees.

What do I need to reinstate?
What are my fees?
Read the 2017/18 fee memo (PDF) that was mailed to registrants in their annual renewal package.
Dental Therapist fees are available in Schedule F of the CDSBC Bylaws (PDF). Dental therapists will receive their renewal forms in the mail and do not renew online.
How do I pay?
Note: You must complete your own renewal and may not have anyone complete it on your behalf.
Your renewal is not complete until CDSBC has received payment of both your registration and reinstatement fees, and your complete renewal information. After you have submitted your information, you can print your receipt and registration/certification card from your online account.
If you have any questions about online renewal, you can email registration at:
