This interactive online course will provide guidance to help you prevent problems before they begin, and solutions for what to do if/when things do go wrong.
The course takes approximately three hours to complete and can be completed at your own pace over multiple sessions.
Note that, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all online courses are currently free to facilitate online learning during this time.
CDSBC registrants who complete the course will be eligible to submit for three continuing education (CE) self-study credits.
Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash Player after December 31, 2020. CDSBC has updated our Avoiding Complaints, More Tough Topics, and Dental Recordkeeping online courses so that they will no longer rely on flash as of December 31, 2020. Anyone who is partway through one of these CDSBC online courses should complete it prior to December 31, 2020 to avoid losing your progress when the system changes over.
