Avoiding Complaints Online Course

Using communication and dental records to build professionalism and safeguard your practice

This interactive online course will discuss techniques to prevent complaints, what to do if you get a complaint, and how a patient’s perception can differ sharply from your own. It will also challenge you to apply what you’ve learned to realistic scenarios.

The course takes approximately three hours to complete. It can be completed anywhere and at your own pace.

Note that, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all online courses are currently free to facilitate online learning during this time.

CDSBC registrants who complete the course will be eligible to submit for three continuing education (CE) self-study credits.

Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash Player after December 31, 2020. CDSBC has updated our Avoiding Complaints, More Tough Topics, and Dental Recordkeeping online courses so that they will no longer rely on flash as of December 31, 2020. Anyone who is partway through one of these CDSBC online courses should complete it prior to December 31, 2020 to avoid losing your progress when the system changes over.
