This interactive online course will discuss techniques to prevent complaints, what to do if you get a complaint, and how a patient’s perception can differ sharply from your own. It will also challenge you to apply what you’ve learned to realistic scenarios.
The course takes approximately three hours to complete. It can be completed anywhere and at your own pace.
Note that, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all online courses are currently free to facilitate online learning during this time.
CDSBC registrants who complete the course will be eligible to submit for three continuing education (CE) self-study credits.
