Inspire. Give Back. Be Involved ... Volunteer!

People volunteer for a variety of reasons.If you have ever thought of becoming involved in organized dentistry, you may want to consider joining the volunteer network of the College of Dental Surgeons.

Whether it is sitting on a committee, taking part in a focus group or reviewing documents, there are many different roles in which dentists, certified dental assistants and members of the public can become involved.

When seeking volunteers, the College considers expertise, experience and demographic representation to suit each position or special project.

While we make an effort to involve as many individuals as possible, we are not always able to match the number of interested volunteers to the number of available vacancies or special projects. Your information will be kept on file for a year with the opportunity to renew your interest annually.

Please complete the Volunteer Application Form and return it to the College.

Additionally, you can complete a Volunteer Expense Claim Form for expenses incurred during your time spent as a volunteer. Refer to the CDSBC Expense Policy for Volunteers for further information.
