Section 78
Liability for offence of employees
If a person registered under this Act employs in or in connection with his or her
practice as a dentist a person who is not entitled to practise dentistry under this Act,
the employer and the employee are each liable to all penalties imposed by this Act for
any offence under this Act committed by the employee, unless the employer proves
that, in the commission of the offence, the employee was not acting within the
apparent scope of his or her employment.
