Section 73
Trade names not to be used
- A member must for all purposes in connection with the profession of dentistry,
use only his or her own proper name.
- A member of the college must not, in or in connection with the practice of the
profession of dentistry, use any trade name, or designation, or corporate name, or
any distinguishing name other than his or her own proper name, for any premises
in which he or she carries on the practice of the profession.
- If permitted by the rules, the registrar may exempt a person from this section
.
