Section 69
Recovery of charges
A person must not recover a charge for services rendered in or in connection with the
practice of dentistry, or for medicine or materials that he or she prescribed or supplied
as a dentist, unless the person was, at the time the services were rendered or the
medicine or materials were prescribed or supplied, the holder of an unexpired licence
or permit under this Act.
