Section 68

Dental schools

  1. A person, other than the college, must not carry on in British Columbia any school, college or other institution for training or imparting instruction in any branch of dentistry, or other instruction, courses or lectures in any branch of dentistry or practice management without the consent of the council or executive committee.

  2. Subsection (1) does not apply to a faculty of dentistry in a university in British Columbia.
