Section 66
Unregistered persons prohibited from practising
A person
(a) not registered under this Act,
(b) not holding an unexpired licence or permit under this Act,
(c) who has been suspended from practice, or
(d) whose name has been erased from the dentists register
who practises dentistry in British Columbia commits an offence.
