Section 63

1. As soon as possible after March 1 in each year the registrar must prepare, certify and seal with the seal of the college a list setting out in alphabetical order the name and the place of practice of each member of the college who had issued to him or her not later than March 1 a licence for the then current year and who is not suspended from practice.
2. As soon as may be possible after preparing a list under subsection (1), and at the cost of the college, the registrar must cause a certified copy of the list to be published in one issue of the Gazette.
