Section 62
Application of fees
- In this section, "treasurer" means the treasurer or other officer empowered by the council to deal with fees and money of the college.
- All fees and money payable under this Act
(a) are the property of the college and must be received and accounted for by the treasurer, and
(b) must be disbursed and appropriated by the treasurer under the direction of
the council in payment of the expenses and outgoings of the college.
