Section 45
Effect of suspension or cancellation
If the registration of a registrant is suspended or cancelled all rights and privileges as a registrant and as a person licenced under this Act or the rules cease,
(a) in the case of suspension of registration, until the lifting of the suspension, and
(b) in the case of cancellation of registration, until the registration is reinstated.
