CHAPTER 94

Section 34

1. A degree or qualification must not be entered on the register, either on the first registration or by way of addition to a registered name, unless the registrar is satisfied by proper evidence that the applicant is entitled.
2. Any appeal from the decision of the registrar or any matter or question of fact or evidence may be decided by the council.
