Section 29
Method of making and proving rules
- A rule made by the council under this Act does not come into force until it is entered in a minute book of the council as part of the minutes of a meeting of the council signed by the chair of the meeting.
- A rule may be proved in any court in British Columbia by producing a copy of the rule purporting to be certified by the registrar and bearing the seal of the college.
