CHAPTER 94
Section 15
Officers
- The membership of the college must elect from among its members a president,
a treasurer, and other officers necessary, in the opinion of the council, for the administration of this Act.
- The president, treasurer, and other officers
(a) must be members of the council and,
(b) unless removed from office under section 16, hold office until their successors assume office.
