Continual Practice

Those practitioners applying for registration in British Columbia, whose NDEB certificate is dated more than 3 years prior to the date of their application to register, or those practitioners applying for registration who are in possession of a valid and unrestricted registration or licence to practise dentistry in another Canadian jurisdiction prior to July 1, 2001, must provide proof of continual practice in another Canadian, American, or equivalent jurisdiction in the 3 years preceding their application to register, in accordance with Article 4.04(c)(vii)(A) and (B)of the Rules.
"Continual basis" is defined as 900 hours of dental practice within the previous three years of application for registration/licence, and this addition became effective July 18, 2002.
