Public Notices
Under section 39.3 of the Health Professions Act, the Board, Inquiry Committee or Discipline Committee may direct the registrar to notify the public of disciplinary actions, consent orders, and other determinations.
With some exceptions, the following information must be included in the notification required under this section: the name of the registrant respecting whom the action was taken; a description of the action taken; and the reasons for the action taken.
