• the postal code of your mailing address

Continuing Education Credit Submission

Due to technical difficulties, online Continuing Education Submissions are not available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CE forms can be downloaded here and submitted by either fax or mail to the College. You can also email a scanned copy of the document to CE@cdsbc.org

Please allow up to two weeks for your transcript to reflect the CE credits you have submitted. Note that CE submissions that require additional information or require approval from the Quality Assurance Committee will take longer.
