Dentists who are moving from B.C. to another province or state should contact the local regulatory authority where they plan to practise for application information.

B.C. dentists requesting a Certificate of Standing for another regulatory body must first provide CDSBC with a signed Dentist’s Consent for Release of Information and submit this completed form along with payment to:
