Code of Ethics
Practice standards, the Code of Ethics, and other expectations for practice for dentists and certified dental assistants remain unchanged under the new College Bylaws and the HPA.
One minor change is that the Code of Ethics is now a stand-alone document.
Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee reviews the Code of Ethics and Promotional Activities. They liaise with dentists concerning advertising and promotions that do not fall within the Bylaws, and make recommendations to the Board when appropriate.
