Board Meetings


Meetings are held three to four times a year, usually in the months of September, December, February and May.


The next public CDSBC Board meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, May 25, 2012. Details are as follows:


AGM


Location: The Pan Pacific Hotel, 999 Canada Place, Pacific Rim Suite 2, Restaurant & Gallery Level
Start time: 9 am


BOARD MEETING


Location: The Pan Pacific Hotel, 999 Canada Place, Coal Harbour Room, Restaurant & Gallery Level

Start time: 10 am at the latest (immediately following the AGM)


To request a meeting package and to help us ensure adequate seating, please confirm your attendance by email to Nancy Crosby, Senior Assistant to the Registrar, at ncrosby@cdsbc.org no later than May 18.


Please note that participation in discussions during the meeting is limited to board members, the Registrar and College staff who may be present at the invitation of the Board.


We ask all observers to respect the format of this business meeting and to refrain from speaking to other observers or participants while the meeting is in progress.
